Wendel & Associates has been building fine custom homes, and remodeling residential properties in neighborhoods and communities in the central Texas area since 1976. The scope of our work has expanded to include all styles and sizes of residential remodeling and additions. Ninety five percent of all our business comes from satisfied customer referrals.
We have a multitude of accomplishments in the construction business with over 150 custom homes, ranging to as large as 14,000 square feet. The homes we build have a broad spectrum of value, ranging from $200,000 to over $3,000,000, including six model homes, two Austin Parade of Homes, and in the A.I.A. Homes Tour.
T.J. Wendel has personally also constructed over 200 investment and condominium townhomes in five different communities, as well as 60 custom duplexes, and a variety of commercial developments. Residential remodeling and additions has comprised a greater portion of our projects over the last ten years. We are pleased to have in excess of $75 million dollars in total volume of construction and supervision.
Our success depends upon the quality of services we offer you. We endeavor to learn as much as possible and keep current with all the industry standards, new products, new vendors, and city and county codes and guidelines. As a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, the Remodelers Council, the National Association of Builders, the Texas Association of Builders, and a Registered Builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission, we bring credibility and recognition from peers.
Our company’s accounting system is up to date, accurate, and easy to understand. We employ very knowledgeable, effective people to ensure that every job is monitored closely. We inform you of the work in progress, monitor the job for cost effectiveness, review budget updates regularly and provide a flexible billing system formatted specifically to each client.
